PLANT SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Where do we ship to?

We ship anywhere in the contiguous US (48 states)

Where do we ship from?

We operate out of two greenhouse distribution facilities in Southern California and Central Florida. Surrounded by all the prominent plant growers in the US, our greenhouses are strategically based to ensure the plants are in transit for the shortest amount of time.

How long does fulfillment take?

Orders will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 business days upon receipt. Shipping lead times varies nationwide but with our bi-coastal greenhouse distribution centers we aim to keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days.

So shipping and handling can take 4 to 8 business days. During periods of inclement weather, shipments may be delayed for the safety of your plant.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

What We Cover and Don't Cover

We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. Please note the following:

  • All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
    • During cold months, customers will have to add a heat pack to all cold state orders. Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.
    • Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy.
    • For plants that were damaged in shipment that don't fall within the criteria in the points above qualify for either a refund or replacement. 

PLANT REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Please note if you ever receive a damaged shipment from us, we are only able to issue a refund for the plants themselves and not for the price of shipping.

  • Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process. 
  • If you have any issues, please bare with us as we are small business, it may take 1-2 days during the week to get back to you and fix any problems. We appreciate all of our loyal customers! 

Tip: Sometimes plants just need a little TLC after being in transit. One of our plant care experts may coach you through how to overcome something cosmetic, such as bent leaves.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY

Most of our clothing and accessories are a print on demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
